Does not supervise or control contractors

Is not responsible for the quality of work carried out

Customers are responsible for ensuring they are satisfied with the contractor they engage.

 

4. Contractor Responsibility

Contractors listed or introduced through our service are independent businesses or individuals.

Contractors are responsible for:

Their own qualifications

Insurance

Compliance with laws and regulations

The quality and completion of their work

Providing warranties or guarantees where applicable

Coast Property Maintenance does not guarantee the performance of any contractor.

 

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide accurate information regarding requested services

Ensure access to the property for contractors

Verify contractor credentials where necessary

Pay contractors directly unless otherwise agreed

 

6. Quotes and Estimates

Any quotes or estimates provided by contractors:

Are issued directly by the contractor

May be subject to change after inspection

Are not guaranteed by Coast Property Maintenance

 

7. Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coast Property Maintenance shall not be liable for:

Work carried out by contractors

Property damage

Personal injury caused by contractors

Losses arising from disputes between customers and contractors

Our liability for any claim relating to our website or introduction service shall be limited to the amount paid to us (if any) for the introduction.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by negligence

Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

However, we welcome feedback and complaints about contractors and may review their continued use of our service.
